Why it is trending
Marble that glows is one of the big luxury looks for 2026. Onyx is translucent, so a light panel behind it lights up every vein.
How to get the look
- 1Use 18–20 mm onyx with an LED light box behind it, about 10–15 cm away for even light.
- 2Look at the slabs against a light at the godown: that is how they will look.
- 3Onyx is delicate. Use it for walls, bar fronts and backdrops, not floors or kitchen tops.
