Is it really free?

Can I pay to rank higher?
No, nobody can. The order comes from your projects, verified client reviews and how quickly you reply. “Featured” studios are picked by our team for their work, for free.
Is a directory listing fine under the CoA's rules?
Yes. The conduct rules let an architect appear in a professional directory or website and show their own work, as long as nothing is paid either way. That is why it is all free.
Who sees my enquiries?
Only you. They come to your Pro inbox and email, and we never contact or sell them.
Will my client see my supplier?
No. Your client sees the marble, its photos, the specs, your notes and your price. Never the supplier.
I'm a CoA-registered architect. How do I charge for sourcing?
Add your professional fee as its own line on the quote. The quote builder does this for you.
Why do you ask for my CoA number?
Only registered architects may use the title “architect”. We check your number on the CoA register and add a “CoA-verified” badge to your quotes.
Are rates final?
Rates come from the supplier, with a validity date. GST is as the supplier declares; freight, cutting and laying are extra unless you add them.
What happens to my client's details?
We use them only to run your board and record approvals, and delete them when you delete the board.
