Terms of use
The short version: MarbleWala introduces you to the supplier who has the marble. The sale is between you and that supplier. MarbleWala is free for buyers. Here, "marble" means marble, granite and every other material listed on MarbleWala.

Who we are
The Marble Wala, Orion Imperia, Naroli, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu 396230, India runs themarblewala.com, its WhatsApp numbers and the Visit Pass. These terms apply when you use any of them.
What MarbleWala does: an introduction service
- We show marble that suppliers across India have declared in stock, with their photos and sizes, and help you find it by photo, by name or by room.
- We are not the seller and not a party to your purchase. We do not buy, sell or hold stock, set prices, or take payment for marble. The supplier sells the marble, issues the bill and is responsible for the goods, their description and after-sales.
- Using MarbleWala is free for buyers. You don't need an account.
Who pays us
Suppliers pay MarbleWala a fee when we bring them a sale. It comes out of the supplier's own price and is never added to your bill. MarbleWala Partner godowns have agreed in writing that MarbleWala buyers pay no more than their walk-in rate for the same lot, quantity and payment terms that day. Quoted more? Tell us. More: how MarbleWala earns.
Asking for a godown, and your Visit Pass
- When you ask for a godown, we tell the one supplier who holds that lot your first name, city, what you need and the last 4 digits of your number. Your full number goes to that supplier only after it has accepted our data rules and you have replied to us on WhatsApp. Details: privacy.
- At a MarbleWala Partner godown you see the godown details at once. For other suppliers our desk first confirms the stock with the supplier and then sends you the details, normally within 2 working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 am–7 pm). If the supplier has not confirmed by then, you still get the details, marked "stock not yet confirmed".
- Each enquiry gets a Visit Pass. What it gives you, and the terms of the bill-upload thank-you, are on Visit Pass terms.
- A request to hold a lot is not a hold until the supplier confirms it.
Listings are the supplier's declaration; no warranty on goods
- Marble names, origin, sizes, thickness, finish, stock and rates come from suppliers and are shown as declared by the supplier. We check stock with the supplier when you ask, and show the date we did, but we do not warrant the goods, or that a listing is right on the day you visit.
- Marble varies from slab to slab. Photo search finds marble that looks like your photo; it cannot promise it is the same marble. Inspect the slabs in daylight, or on a live video, and get the slab numbers, thickness and rate in writing before you pay.
- Rates are + GST, ex-godown, freight extra, unless the listing says otherwise.
- A "Verified" label means only what What "Verified" means says.
Ranking and Sponsored results
Organic ranking can't be bought. How results are ordered is explained on how we rank. Sponsored results, when we show them, always carry the label "Sponsored".
Paying, and when something goes wrong
Pay the supplier directly. MarbleWala never collects money for marble, advances or holds. Anyone asking you to pay MarbleWala for marble is not us.
If something goes wrong with a supplier we introduced, tell us: our desk will help you take it up with the supplier. You can also raise a complaint or report a listing or photo.
