Your shortlist and the list of enquiries you sent stay on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Marketing, and what we never do
Marketing only if you ticked the separate box: new stock and rate updates on WhatsApp, at most once a week. Reply STOP to end them.
We never sell your details or send your number to more than the supplier you asked about.
Companies that process data for us
- Hostinger (our server, in its data centre in Lithuania, EU) and Cloudflare (stored photos).
- Zoho (our team mailbox, and the email alerts our team receives about enquiries).
- Meta (WhatsApp, which our desk uses to talk to you).
- Google Analytics 4 for site statistics: pages, how you reached the site, device and rough city. Never your name, number, email, messages or photos; Google signals off; no advertising link. Use Google's opt-out add-on or your browser's tracking protection to keep your visits out; the site works the same.
- Meta and Google Ads to measure our ads: whether a visit from one of our ads led to an enquiry, a sign-up or a WhatsApp chat. Meta gets your number and email only as a one-way scrambled code (hashed), never readable, and never your messages or photos. Your browser's tracking protection keeps your visits out; the site works the same.
They may use the data only for us. We may share data when the law or a court requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it — reply STOP to any MarbleWala WhatsApp or use themarblewala.com/privacy/withdraw. You can ask for a summary of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can nominate someone to act for you. Use the same channels from the number you used, so we know it is you. We reply within 7 days and resolve complaints within 7 days. When you withdraw, we stop, and we ask any supplier we shared your number with to stop and delete it within 7 days. From 13 May 2027, if you are not satisfied after using our process, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children, security, changes
MarbleWala is for people aged 18 and over.
Access to your details is limited to our team; data is held on secured servers; our team does not forward your details to groups. If a breach affects you, we will tell you without delay.
We date every version. If a change affects how we use details you already gave, we tell you before it applies. See also our terms.

हम क्या लेते हैं और क्यों। वेबसाइट देखने पर: देखे गए पेज, आप कहाँ से आए, कुकी में एक रैंडम ID, एक साइन की हुई कुकी (mw_src, 90 दिन) जिसमें वह चैनल, कैंपेन और पहला पेज है जिससे आप पहली और आख़िरी बार आए (नाम, नंबर या ईमेल कभी नहीं), आपके इंटरनेट पते का बदला हुआ (hashed) रूप, ब्राउज़र — स्पैम रोकने और यह देखने के लिए कि कौन से पेज काम करते हैं; किसी से साझा नहीं; नाम या नंबर के बिना 24 महीने। फ़ोटो से खोज: फ़ोटो (उसमें छिपी लोकेशन हटा दी जाती है) — मिलता-जुलता मार्बल खोजने के लिए; 30 दिन, जब तक आप उसे पूछताछ के साथ न भेजें। “Near me”: लगभग 1 किमी तक गोल की गई लोकेशन, सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन पर; कभी सेव नहीं। पूछताछ या गोदाम माँगने पर: नाम, WhatsApp नंबर, और चाहें तो मात्रा, समय, आप कौन हैं, शहर/पिनकोड — स्टॉक पक्का करने, उस एक सप्लायर को बताने के लिए जिसके पास वह लॉट है, और इसी पूछताछ के बारे में आपसे बात करने के लिए। उस एक सप्लायर को आपका पहला नाम, शहर, ज़रूरत और नंबर के आख़िरी 4 अंक मिलते हैं; पूरा नंबर तभी जब वह हमारे डेटा नियम मान ले और आप हमें WhatsApp पर जवाब दें। आख़िरी बातचीत के 24 महीने बाद तक रखते हैं। Visit Pass, बिल और धन्यवाद राशि: पास कोड, विज़िट और ख़रीद का ब्योरा, बिल की फ़ोटो, UPI ID (सिर्फ़ भुगतान के समय) — सिर्फ़ उस सप्लायर से साझा जिसने बिल दिया; UPI ID भुगतान के 90 दिन बाद मिटा देते हैं।
मार्केटिंग। सिर्फ़ तब, जब आपने अलग बॉक्स टिक किया हो: नए स्टॉक और रेट की जानकारी WhatsApp पर, हफ़्ते में ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा एक बार। बंद करने के लिए STOP लिखें। हम कभी नहीं आपकी जानकारी बेचते, आपका नंबर उस सप्लायर के अलावा किसी को भेजते जिसके बारे में आपने पूछा।
हमारे लिए डेटा संभालने वाली कंपनियाँ: Hostinger (सर्वर, लिथुआनिया, यूरोप में), Cloudflare (फ़ोटो), Zoho (टीम मेलबॉक्स और ईमेल अलर्ट), Meta (WhatsApp), Google Analytics 4 (साइट के आँकड़े; आपका नाम, नंबर, ईमेल, संदेश या फ़ोटो कभी नहीं), Meta और Google Ads (हमारे विज्ञापनों का असर मापने के लिए; Meta को आपका नंबर और ईमेल सिर्फ़ एक-तरफ़ा कोड (hash) में, कभी पढ़ने लायक़ नहीं; संदेश या फ़ोटो कभी नहीं)। ये सिर्फ़ हमारे काम के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकती हैं। क़ानून या अदालत के आदेश पर हम डेटा दे सकते हैं।
आपके अधिकार। सहमति उतनी ही आसानी से वापस लें जितनी आसानी से दी थी — किसी भी MarbleWala WhatsApp पर STOP लिखें या themarblewala.com/privacy/withdraw पर जाएँ। आप अपनी जानकारी का सार, सुधार या मिटाना माँग सकते हैं, और किसी को अपनी ओर से नामित कर सकते हैं। उसी नंबर से लिखें जो आपने इस्तेमाल किया था। हम 7 दिन में जवाब और 7 दिन में शिकायत का समाधान करते हैं। सहमति वापस लेने पर हम रुक जाते हैं, और जिस सप्लायर को आपका नंबर दिया था उससे 7 दिन में उसे बंद करके मिटाने को कहते हैं। 13 मई 2027 से, हमारी प्रक्रिया के बाद भी संतुष्ट न हों तो भारत के डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड में शिकायत कर सकते हैं।
बच्चे, सुरक्षा, बदलाव। MarbleWala 18 वर्ष और उससे अधिक उम्र के लोगों के लिए है। आपकी जानकारी तक सिर्फ़ हमारी टीम की पहुँच है; डेटा सुरक्षित सर्वर पर है। कोई डेटा लीक आपको प्रभावित करे तो हम बिना देर बताएँगे। हर संस्करण पर तारीख़ होती है; बदलाव आपकी दी हुई जानकारी के इस्तेमाल को बदले तो पहले बताएँगे। अंग्रेज़ी और हिंदी में अंतर हो तो अंग्रेज़ी मान्य होगी।
