Why it is trending
Floating TV units are the most asked-for living-room piece in Indian flats: they look light, clean the floor below easily and hide every wire. A marble top or front makes the unit the room's quiet centrepiece.
How to get the look
- 1Use 18 mm marble on a wall-hung frame; ask for a recess behind it for the set-top box and wires.
- 2Match the console to the floor or the wall marble, or pick one darker shade.
- 3Leave 25–30 cm of air under it so the floor runs through.
